| The examination for labor reeducation police is one important part of the management of them. To insure the enhancement of political and professional ability and to strengthen the activity and creativity and increase the working affectivity of labor reeducation police, it's necessary to build a scientific examination system for them. However, insufficient investigation into the problems emerging from the examination made the current examination system not scientific and perfect enough to be put into action. Therefore, to enhance the building of the team of labor reeducation police and to increase the working affectivity of labor reeducation, it's necessary to build one system of indexes and methods of merit and efficiency test for labor reeducation police that will be accustomed to the new situation, and to strengthen the merit and efficiency test for labor reeducation police.In the paper, one labor reeducation station was taken as an example. By investigation into the current situation of the station, several problems of the merit and efficiency test were found, for example, the content of the test was too abstract, the designing of the test table was not suitable, the indexes was not unified, the analysis and communication was neglected during the test, the ways and the methods of the test were too old. On the basis of investigation into the problems, combining the relating theories and knowledge of merit and efficiency test for governmental staffs and the duty and characteristics of labor reeducation police and referring to the foreign experiences, the paper proposed models and the directions for the improvement of system of merit and efficiency test for labor reeducation police, and suggested that the test should be carried out by kinds and also proposed corresponding resolutions for the application of the results of the test. |
