Analysis Of The System Of Cooperative Property Laws

Legislation on cooperative economy is not only the prerequisite but also the key point to regulate our cooperative economy developing in a healthy way.Starting from analysis on the development status and value of cooperative economy both at home and abroad,the thesis expatiates that China should speed up the legislation on cooperative economy.After analyzing in detail on the existing argumentative focuses on cooperative economy,the author draws a conclusion as following:China's legislation on cooperative economy should be established in long-range and overall considerations,breaking through interest struggles among different departments.A fundamental law should be made in accordance with the common values and interior principles of cooperative economy.On the basis of the fundamental law,State Council may draw different regulations on specialized cooperative organizations according to their unique features, which may constitute a comparatively perfect cooperative economy law system.
