Attorney Management Systems are an important reflection upon countries rule of law. Since 1949, Chinese lawyers have experienced many twists and turns. It was after the "Opening Up" reform that China began its Lawyer Management System which still needs to be improved in many aspects. This article researches the lawyer management system of our country.It is divided into four chapters.The first chapter discusses the meaning and character of the lawyer management system. This includes an introduction to the history and development of the Lawyer Management System of both Western countries and in China. It also undertakes to analyze the developmental background of these respective systems.The second chapter discusses the theory mainly and elucidates my view about the professional attributes of Lawyers, including, statutory, social, professional, special, independence and commercial ethics, based on four definitions of lawyers' nature stipulated on the laws of our country. It further discusses the self-regulated lawyers and the tradition thereof, including form and meaning. Which led to the analyse that it is necessary for government to manage lawyers and the management principles.The third chapter researches the comparison of different lawyer management system. Introduced the lawyer management conditions in Britain and the United States of Britain and US Law and in Germany and Japan of Continental Law. The article elaborated more specifically upon the Lawyer Management systems of Great Britain, the USA, Germany and Japan. After presenting and juxtaposing the legal systems of two countries including the governing bodies, objectives and modes of the respective systems, similarities between Lawyer Management systems became clear. Through juxtaposition of two management systems, we develop a clear model of important information that may be referred to for the development and renovation of various incongruities extant within the Chinese Lawyer Management system.The fourth chapter focuses the current things about the lawyer management system of our country and how to improve the lawyer management system.Discussed the Chinese Lawyer Management System, including related regulations, managerial codes of ethics, characteristics, and the managerial principals. The text elaborated upon the condition of the current Chinese system, including the numerous incompatibilities. A detailed discussion of these problems through examples in a real world context provided an excellent base for the analysis and development of various dynamic solutions. It is my conviction that the Chinese Lawyer Management system is in need of a reform, and special urgency should be placed on the practice of Bar Association Management.
