At present, due to mediate mechanism of labor relationship are uncompleted, the conflicts between employee and employer are lead to some social issues in many rounds. Labor disputes become very popular in the marketing and the legally interests of the employee are usually occupied by the employer. The conflict between employee and employer becomes a significant obstacle to economic development in China. To ease the conflict between employee and employer and protect the rights and interests of the employee who are in the weak position, the labor law contract was promulgated in Jan.1 2008. To make the labor relationship stability, the law is aim at establishing harmonies and legislative labor relationship and focusing on protect to the employee with considering the corporate interest.The fundamental of social and economical relationship is labor relationship which is generated from the process of labor consumed and result in social and economical relationship. Labor relationship is rather than a social and economical issue, it would be possible involved in political issue. Harmonies and stability of labor relationship become the most important content to build the harmonies society. While China is in the transition period, the labor market is saturated and the buyers are in leading position, the voice of employee is highly weak than that of employer. There are more problems and flaws in the labor legislation in China, we need continuously work hard to improve them.This article is center on the subject to legalize the labor relationship in socialist and base on the study of labor contract revolution, through the study of the development of the labor relationship in modern society, the author proposed that the revolution history of labor relationship in western country can enlighten that of in China. This article presents the appearance of the conflict between employee and employer as well as the source of the conflict, and discussed the challenge of the legalization of labor relationship in globalization society. This article also described the significant value of the promulgation to build harmonies society of labor contract law and give the proposals to solve the problem existed in the labor contract.
