This paper take the city' s socialism transformation that happened between 1949 and 1956 in china as its objection, and capital' s socialism transformation is the key line of it. The city' s socialism transformation is not only a procession of propertity' s transformation, however, also a structural change in city society under the power, thus, the dissertation propose a fundamental hypothesis, that is, city' s socialism transformation is a political movement procession in Chinese history.In the dissertation, there have no clear conception refer to political movement, but try to analyze the three critical variable, which are development of power and its structure, the social quality of property, the change of ideology, through the analysis to make the connotation of political movement show itself.While the political movement accomplish, the state incorporate the society, the CCP and the state integrative with each other, and the essential of the process is the difference among CCP, state and society no exist any longer. On this foundation, the political movement arrive its maturation, that is to say, the critical variable of the political movement have no more evidently change, the relation between the three become a stable mould. So the course after that in Maozedong' s china is the continuation of the political movement. From then on, the logic of the political movement have dominate the all aspect in politics, economics and cultures.In political movement, the hypotaxis between CCP and people is the dominative relation in china. The political movement don' t create the hypotaxis, however, it develop the hypotaxis, and make the hypotaxis to be the cordial relation of state. The hypotaxis between CCP and people is difference with the relation between state and citizen in modern state, it have intense traditional character, and that determine the complexity between political movement and state-building. On the one hand, the political movement consolidate the framework of modern state, on the other hand, the political movement locked the framework' s further development. This is the logic of the political movement.
