Legislation And Enforcement Of The Punishment Of Pharmaceutical Supervision And Management Of Administrative Property

The property of administrative penalty is the middle punish.In the laws of medicine administration,it was used widely and repeatedly.In the practice,there is a point of view that not property of administrative penalty is not administrative penalty, and the content of the property of administrative penalty was personal.In allusion to the above phenomena,we must made the laws of property of administrative penalty more reasonable,and improve the diathesis of staff on executing the laws of pharmacy administration.How to resolve the above problems? Firstly,my learned the laws of medicine administration and these cases of property of administrative penalty.Secondly,find the reasons to above problems that were in the laws of medicine administration and these cases of property of administrative penalty.Last but not the least,my analyze the reasons and make solutions for the problem.In my dissertation for academic degree,there are four chapters.In the first chapter,for a full realization of property of administrative penalty.my summed up the property of administrative penalty,including it's concept,use of it and comparison between it and other administrative penalty,and so on.For more learn the property of administrative penalty,in the second chapter,my elaborate its advantages and disadvantages.In the third chapter,my find the master problems by analyzing conditions of the existing laws of medicine administration.The master problems included the counterfeit drug and substandard drug,subjective elements of property of administrative penalty,mode of property of administrative penalty,different safety for different categories of medicine or medical instruments,the surveyor's report and compensation first for damage of civil suits.Through analyzing above six problems, my suggested we should consider these factors on legislation for property of administrative penalty.In the fourth chapter,my found the problems in the practice of law enforcement officers,and made suggestions to raise the overall quality of law enforcement officers and improve their ability to enforce the law.All in all,my hope to build a harmonious circumstance of the property of administrative penalty,and stand for administrative people's legal right.
