Palestinian State Facing Internal And External Difficulties

Since the Middle East peace process started, the question of building a Palestine state becomes the main contents in the Palestinian-Israeli peace talks throughout. Untill now , Palestine was still not a country in the true sense because it did not have own national territory after innumerable winding negotiations. As one of national liberation movements after the World War II, why Palestine national liberation movement still to be unable to found a nation through more than a half centuries? What is the key in the Palestinian founding of the nation 's dilemma, is the obstructions and the intervention from the America, Israel and other countries, or own internal contradiction? What is the root causes? These questions are undoubtedly the topics worth thinking about carefully.Combing the current Palestinian home situation and the abroad situation, this article tries to study the dilemma in Palestine nation-state construction from these points of view: political system structure , party relation, the internal crisis between the PLO and Fatah, economic situation and so on;at the same time , the article briefly explains the exterior dilemma in Palestine foundation, and enables the people to have the new understanding to the Palestinian founding of the nation question, so as to understands the essence of Palestinian-Israel conflicts.This article consists of introduction, a main body and remarks.In the introduction, the author pointed out that the question of building Palestine state is a very realisticaly topical question,which was produced after the Second World War and not to be solved until today, then proposed the significance of this research. Next, states the theoretical basis in this article: sovereign state theory ,national interests theory and game theory.The main body is divided into three major parts: Palestine foundation origin and historical review, the internal and exterior dilemma that Palestine foundation faces.The first part, the article firstly introduced the cause of the question of the creation of Palestine state, pointed out Zionism and "the Belfort Manifesto" is the basic reason which the Palestinian founding of the nation question produces; The United Nations partitioning resolution is the direct factor which this question produces. Next, reviews Palestine's founding of the nation course from four stage: Palestine nationalism thought ,the PLO established , the armed founding of the nation, "the Oslo Accords" the sign , peace autonomous and the founding of the nation fallen into the low ebb again; Finally, states the present situation and the urgency of Palestine foundation.The second part, the article explains the internal dilemma in Palestine foundation using sovereign state theory and political system theory, pointed out that the internal dilemma is the basic reason in Palestinian founding of the nation dilemma, and this part is also the key which this article studies. The analysis is mainly obtained from Palestine's political system, the faction relation, the PLO and Fatah, the corruption factor, armed forces' conformity as well as the financial circumstance and so on. In the summary, the author pointed out that the Palestinian interior stability is the key in the Middle East toward peace, Palestinian interior contradictions and the crisis directly decides Palestine's negotiation status in this Middle East peace, then affects the Palestinian founding of thenation advancement.The third part, the article explains the exterior dilemma in Palestine foundation using mainly using game theory and national interest theory specifically from five different angles :the US, Israel, European Union, Russia ,the United Nations as well as the Arab world and so on ; At the same time, the author pointed out that US's favoritism, the strong standpoint that Israel holds in "the security dilemma" , the Arab world interior splits unceasingly, the position from international society: "wants to help but not be able",which makes the Palestine situation disadvantage.Finally, above the foundation which the above analyzes, the author forecasts that Palestinian-Israeli new round peace talks enters the more difficult situation, the small conflict will be "the habit", even temporary countermarch. But Palestine national independence's general trend was still irreversible, this was the only choice finishing the Palestinian area violence. But the aim which makes the Palestine nation independent has the long road to walk.
