| The Palestinian question has been the core of Middle East problem. Arab and Jewry have gone through repeatedly long-term conflict only then to open the peace process. As one important component of the Middle East peace process, the Palestinian-Israeli peace process has affected Palestine's internal affairs and that of Israel's, Palestinian-Israeli relationship and the Middle East international relation, so studying it is of greatly historical and practical significance.Since this article mainly elaborates the development track of Palestinian-Israeli peace process since the " Oslo Accord", it is divided into four parts: The first part briefly reviews the origin of Palestinian-Israeli conflict, diligent efforts to realize peace in Middle East by all sides, as well as the condition and background of Palestinian-Israeli peace talk; The second part is the outline of the Palestinian-Israeli peace process, and it can be divided into four stages: The start and difficult development of the Palestinian-Israeli peace process, the comprehensive stagnation of it, the retrogression of it as well as the renewal of peace in Palestine and Israel; The third part analyses the difference of standpoint between Palestinians and Israelis, the accomplished fact and initiative, the national psychology, the violent conflict as well as US excessive favors to Israel, and their influence on Palestinian-Israeli peace process; The fourth part makes the conclusion of the Palestinian-Israeli peace process, and puts forward the prospect of final status negotiation on territory, Jewish settlement, Jerusalem, refugee and water resource on the forecast.This article figures out that, in the circumstance that the power between Palestine and Israel is serious unbalanced, Israel still controls the occupied territory and the America excessively favors Israel, the initiative of Palestinian-Israeli peace process is grasped in Israel's hand, therefore it has fundamentally affected the onset and retreat of peace process. |
