Online Pornography Legal Regulation

The rapid development of the network technology gives human being a whole new routine to get information.But the cyber pornography which derives from internet has a positive to our society.At present,the cyber pornography has been a big social problem which the public pay a lot of attention to.However,the situation of the cyber pornography is so awful that the governments all over the world have to do more to regulate it.Based on the methods of case analysis and principles of law as main theories,this academic thesis inquires into problems and obstacles which lay on cyber pornography.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is preface to introduce the intention of writing this thesis.Second,the author did some research to define the cyber pornography standard on law.The third section describes the characteristics,reasons and different forms of cyber pornography.In partⅣ,following introduce of different rules in a few countries,which like UK,USA,France etc,the author focused on describing China's laws on regulating cyber pornography.Finally,with analysis of the disadvantages of the legal system of China,the writer gave some suggestions to improve the rules on regulating cyber pornography.
