Analysis With Chinese Characteristics And Culture Of Clean Government

The Communist Party of China never tolerates corruption or any other negative phenomena. This is determined by its nature and purpose. Resolutely punishing and effectively preventing corruption bears on the popular support for the Party and on its very survival. Enter a new century and new stage, to promote the anti-corruption campaign more comprehensively and deeply, the Communist Party of China has made a strategic decision to strengthen the construction of incorrupt government cultural.This article is divided into three parts. The first chapter reveals the connotation and functions of incorrupt government culture with Chinese characteristics, and then discusses its significance for the anti-corruption campaign. Based on the current situation about the construction of clean government culture, the second chapter shows a comprehensive analysis of internal and external building environment in China, the final objectives to be attained and the requirements should be followed, and the main issues as well as its causes that impeded the development of incorrupt government culture. The third chapter puts forward some approaches to construct the clean government culture, such as innovating incorrupt government theory, stepping up publicity and education, cultivating the culture of institution and supervision. From theoretical analysis to current situation inspection, then to the feasible measures, the article goes step by step into the relevant problems which relegate the construction of Chinese incorrupt government culture in new period.
