Nozick Individual Rights Theory To Explore

In the foreword of the book"Anarchy,state and Utopia"written by Nozick told us: , individuals hold right,There are some things that any person or group can not do for them ,Otherwise,their rights will be violated". It clearly shows the importance of rights ,The right act as a measure of personal and national acts of the fundamental moral standards.In Notick's political philosophy, Compared to the role of the state ,The right of the individulas living in more priority and fundamental status.Individual right and the freedom decide the nature and functions of the State,Rather than the need of the cuntries decide whether or not individuals enjoy or enjoy how much the rights and freedoms.In Nozick seems,whether it is a natural right to dominance by the moral law of the original state of freedom or the rights of individula by the"weakest function of the meaning of"restrictions and the protection of the"night watchman"style of country,and even the right of the individual in get the most out of them to achieve the utopia of the carrier stucture,the selection of them are subject to the protection of their rights. Therefore,individual rights and freedoms in Notick,s political philosophy is the starting point of all is also the core of their national doctrine.This paper tries to card and discuss the theory of the Notick's pesonal entitlement theory seriously. On the one hand, we hope to do a more profound discrimination to Notick's thought, on the other hand, the more important is that I hope to understand further, In order to further the governmengtal authority get a clear understanding of how to balance individual rights with the issue of the tension to make modest. To analyze and discuss Nozick's personal right theory,I divide the paper into three parts: First, Nozick's individual right theory,the ideological origin:Second, Nozick′s individual rights theory,the content analysis;Third,reflect on Nozick′s pensonal right theory. By analyzing Nozick's personal right theory, how to realize our power and individual rights of a harmonious balance between the patten has extremely important theoretical and practical significance.Of course, we can not copy his theory completely, we should view it critically under China's national conditions.
