| By a long-term discussion and research in theory and practice,we have passed the amendatory draft of the law of partnership,and formulated this system of limited parternship into the law.But that is just a start which develop in our country.This article tries to adopt the research methods of history,contrast,deduction,conclusion,and so on,to make a research about history,reality,superiority,value and the problems of the limited partnership in our country,and finally take limited partnership as the foundation to our country,then put forward own view and suggestion. |
