With the advances and applications of the information technology , the criminal acts that endanger information security appears massively, showing a trend of rapid development and changes. This article based on the comparative analysis of the concept about computer crime and cybercrime, fully give consideration to the development of the current situation and crime trends, take the severely impair information security as the essential factor, redefine the concept of information crime. Information crime as to cover the computer crime, cybercrime, as well as other crime against information security, defined the concept of upper. On this basis, the writer constitute a crime from general crime constitution and specific information crime on the two types of crime were more in-depth studies.
