Civil Society: Private Law Culture To Generate Social Roots

Civil society is a "secular" and "personalized" complex, self-governed but not self-contained, including not only economic factors but also cultural and awareness structure. Civil society generates private law which is equal,free and rights-based,promotes and realizes the prosperity of private law culture. However, because of the powerful country forces of traditional China, further development of civil society and private law were limited. Therefore, fostering civil society and the private law culture of the new age have become a pressing task at present.
