Contemporary Chinese Social Class Psychology And Public Policy Making

This article analyses the common characters and behavior of every social stratum in stratification of contemporary Chinese society and systemically elaborates stratum psychology's effect on the public policy making .Studying stratum psychology promotes democratization of public policy making, enhances cognition of stratal interest conflict and provides the fulcrum of transcending psychological environment in formulating public policy. Meanwhile,distribution of social value is unbalanced ,interest conflict stands out in public policy making and public policy is prone to make in the powerful strata's word context due to the psychology of stratum. So,I put forward an assumption that we should enlarge suitable vulnerable stratums'space of interest expression, exert the force of powerful strata moderately, cultivate mature stratums , establish rational structure of social stratum and guide every stratum to realize their interest demands by themselves in formulating public policy .
