On The Professional Ethics Of Judges And Judicial Impartiality

With extensive and in-depth development of the jurisprudence, the research on the relationship between judicial justice and judges' professional ethics has become increasingly important and urgent. Research on judges' professional ethics is of great significance for innovating law idea and improving the judge's professional construction and judicial reform. Based on analysis on the relationship between judges' professional ethics and judicial justice, this paper gives the impact of the judges' professional ethics on judicial justice from the perspective of jurisprudence, discusses the professional ethics and the quality of knowledge and skills that judges should have, and the related system of internal mechanisms and external legal mechanisms we should build. This paper points out that the improving the quality of professional ethics of judges depends on development of legal culture, construction of external system, perfection on the internal statute, and building of corresponding learning system. The main contents of judges' professional ethics construction are legal and moral education, building incentives system for judges, as well as improving the legal system.
