A Research On The Construction Of Professional Ethics Of Judges In The New Era

In recent years,Chinese judicial reform has achieved satisfactory results,such as continuously exploring the improvement of the judicial system and completing it in theory and practice.Meanwhile,it also raises new requirements to strengthen the judge’s professional ethics in the new era,because the realization of judicial justice ultimately depends on each judge’s effort.Therefore,it is important for us to enhance the judge’s personal moral construction and even make the whole environment of judge’s professional morals clear and bright.This thesis will be discussed in three aspects.The first part describes the professional morals of judges.With the improvement and impllementation of the post system,every judge has a very noble mission and responsibility,compared with any previous era,the image of judges has achieved an unprecedented close combination with the symbol of state power.The new age endows judges with a new professional ethics environment and requires them to face their own responsibilities with a brand-new look.This chapter illustrates the importance of the construction of the judge’s professional ethics by analyzing and developing it,and interpreting the utility and truth of the judge’s professional ethics.The second section primarily states the current situation of the judge’s professional ethics construction.Although the society’s expectation of judges has been transformed into written form by the basic standard of the judge’s professional morals of the People’s Republic of China,what does not match is how to develop the judge’s ethics in practice and how to fulfill the basic standard of the judge’s ethics of the People’s Republic of China.Through analyzing problems and causes of the judge’s professional ethics construction,which could set the foundation of solving problems.Some suggestions on the judge’s professional ethics construction will be mainly given in the third part.For example,optimizing the Chinese punishment committee system which is the supervision and restraint mechanism,and reinforcing the legal guarantee mechanism.In short,it helps drawing a grand blueprint for constructing the judge’s professional ethics by means of the development and improvement of these systems.
