People's Congress Budget Monitoring System Study

The budget review and supervision right of all levels of People's Congress and its Standing Committee is an important statutory authority given by China's constitutional law. The budget supervision system of People's Congress at all levels is also a very important legal system, which plays an important role in China's socialist legal construction. However, due to the historical and practical reasons, this system still has some shortcomings. This article, through analyzing these shortcomings and comparing to the budget supervision systems of various countries in the world, intends to find a new way to improve China's budget supervision system of people's congress at all levels and to enable it to give full play its actual supervision effectiveness.
