A Security Interest In Research

This thesis's object of investigation is the security interest,this 4 following questions are discussed by the writer: what is the security interest and what nature it is? The history of the security in china. How the property law of china to locate the security interest? In china, about the security interest, what problem the property law have now? And what problem the property law have? And what methods should we take to solve those problem? The writer consider that it is wrong to locate the function of the security interest just as saving debt, It is wrong and folly. China has a long history of the security interest. Many security interest have been exeist in china long long ago, and china has his own security interest—the pawn institution. But now ,in the property law, it has not regulate it, it is a good thing that the property law of china have many advantage, it is good to theory and good to practise, but, there are many disadvantage in the property law, so we should repair the law and constitute the explanation of the judicature, in this thesis, the writer take the view of function of the security interest and also take the way of history, the writer evaluate the property law and in this thesis, evaluate the difficulty of the security interest in the 2 and 3 chapter. And in order to do some good things to the property law of china,the writer suggest some idear about the security interest.
