In contemporary society sports, beyond the traditional scope of a way of keeping healthy or entertainment, has become an important component of the social life. Adversary sports become especially the most popular one because of their uniquely adversary characteristic. However, every coin has two sides: Adversary sports contain some hidden dangers, because of the high degree of confrontation. Life sciences and kinematics can minimize the possible risk of injury of athletes. But even the most scientific protection measures are also bound to an accident. When the accident actually occurred, there should be a corresponding legal measure to adjust the legal relationship at this time. This article is focusing on the legal relations between interested parties when personal injuries of the athletes in adversary sports took place. The creativity of this article is its original use of traditional civil law theories to the personal injury cases in adversary sports: by the analysis of the elements of responsibility, the man who bears responsibility, exemptions, means to take responsibility. Considering the contemporary crisis in tort law, this article will establish a three-multi-level protection system for sports athletes in adversary sport, through injury insurance and social security system. This article is devoted to the process of making China be a real power in sports.
