Public Decision-making Close To "lack Of Current Situation And Countermeasures

With the general improvement of civic consciousness, now the citizen's participation in public decision-making is increasing, and the citizen's participation plays a very active role maintaining civil rights, safeguarding the public interest. But because of the traditional political culture, economic conditions, government's decision-making concepts, such as restrictions on citizens , there is a whole disorder in our country's participation in public decision-making at this stage, such as participation in a single channel problem, how to understand the citizen's participation in public decision-making difficulties, how to resolve the citizen's participation in public decision-making process. This thesis is trying to give ideas and methods to solve problems on the basis of the analysis in public decision-making.This article reads as follows:Chapter I: Introduce some of the major public decision-making the Three Closeness, the research background, purpose and significance and so on, then introduce a bit of research, both at home and abroad.Chapter II: Public decision-making and the basic theory of the Three Closeness. First introduce the public decision-making and the definition of the Three Closeness's concepts, public decision-making and the Three Closeness's relevant theory, public decision-making and the Three Closeness's basic characteristics, as well as the meaning of basic theoretical knowledge.Chapter III: The status quo analysis of our public decision-making the Three Closeness. Through the status quo of China's public policy-making central nervous system found in the decision-making, decision-making advisory system, decision-making information systems, decision-making and decision-making process monitoring system, operation and methods, decision-makers in decision-making value orientation and a lot of content, such as decision-making problems; and analysis of public decision-making and the Three Closeness and the reasons for the deletion analysis and public decision-making and the Three Closeness, the necessity and feasibility of implementation.Chapter IV: Implementation of public policy-making and the Three Closeness's channels. through the idea of changing the government's decision-making, improve citizen participation in public decision-making system and improve the public decision-making mechanism for public evaluation of the three ways.Chapter V: Conclusions, this article focused on the research results, problems and future development trend of some aspects of this problem.
