Inner-party Democracy And Party Harmony Study

Marxism, as a complete and thorough world view of the proletarian party, is a powerful weapon to understand and transform the world. "What is Marxism, how to maintain and develop Marxism"is always a deep concern of the Marxists. Because the Communist Party of China is the most important promoters of the Sinicization of Marxism and the core leadership of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, so the construction of the CPC is of great concern of this party. The proposition of construction a democratic and harmonious party indicate the party's further cognition of the administration rules. The 16th Chinese Communist Party Congress put forward an important idea: "the inner-party democracy is the life of the CPC," which brought this issue to a new height. And in the "decision" made by The Sixth Plenary Session of this Congress, clearly stated that "by means of promoting inner-party harmony to create social harmony", also brought this issue to an important status. In the report of the 17th Chinese Communist Party Congress, made it more clear that "by expanding inner-party democracy to develop people's democracy, by promoting inner-party harmony to develop social harmony." The 4th plenary session of the 17th Chinese Communist Party Congress studied the issue of strengthening and improving the construction of CPC in a new situation, and did a further research on promoting the construction of CPC by the spirit of reform and innovation. The issue of inner-party democracy and harmony, as the key points of promoting party construction and the new great project of party building socialism with Chinese characteristics, plays an important role in solving the major problems emerged at present stage.This thesis is to discuss the issue of inner-party democracy and construction of inner-party harmony in a variety of scientific ways and in all perspectives.
