Japanese Democratic Government To Protect Women's Rights Legal Research

Along with the entire human society by backwardness to civilized and legal system' s gradual forward, the people have given more and more attention to the feminine this natural weak one' s rights and interests. But the rights and interests of women in our country from ancient times society' s extreme backwardness to the leading position in the world at present , has used more than 100 years merely, we have to think deeply, and it is closely related with the early Communist Party of China in particular its possession or control of a part of the region after the War of Resistance Against Japan's concern for women's rights and protection .In this paper,I analysised the ideological origins of the legal protection of women's rights and interests of the anti-Japanese democratic regime , the constitutional protection of women' s rights of anti-Japanese democratic regime and the rights of women in the legal protection of marriage of anti-Japanese democratic regime, I analysised this three aspects one by one in order to illustrate the legal rights of women in anti-Japanese base areas , The establishment of this system is effective to achieve the basis for the modern women's rights.This article not only simplely describe the law in the anti-Japanese democratic regime for protection of women' s rights and interests , but also put on great attantion on the economic aspects of analysis, pointed out that it is precisely because the economic interests of the protection and improvement of economic status, women's rights can be effectively ensured . Further argues that a mature and developed theory how to completely and effectively be commmunited with social practice, and in a backward, poor, heterogeneous environment , this theory how to rooted and grow , at last become to a real legal effect, advanced, systematic women' s rights legal protection system, and I hope can give mordern people an enlightment.This articles , Guided by the theory of knowledge in dialctical materialism, using empirical methods, the methods of sociology and comparative methods, fill the blank of research on women's rights legal protection system.This article analyze the law of Women's rights and interests protected in the anti-Japanese democratic regime, consult the laws of Women' s rights and interests protected in ancident and in Republic of China, in order to comprehensively analyze and demonstrate this problem.
