Strengthen The Industrial Unions Construction Of The New Situation

The compination of industry and local governments is the spirit of Chinese Trade Union. Chinese market enconomy improved, the socialisation of public management improved, the globalisation engaged the improvement of labour resources. All these changes make the industry Trade unions to be more important in modulating social benefit, coordinating labor relationsand protecting employees' rights and interests。Basing on the relevant theories of the organizational reformation, it is examined and studied in this thesis the necessity and feasibility of strengthening organizational system and operating mechanism of urban industrial union in the new period, and analyzed the problems and their origins existing in organizational system of industrial union, organization setup, working function, expenditure management in Zhengzhou City by combining closely the current situation of socio-economic development and the reality of union work of Zhengzhou City, and thus summed up the original outlook on constructing and improving organizational system of industrial union fitting the market economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
