International Labor Standards, Explore The Impact Of International Trade, As Well As Our Coping Strategies

During the course of the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization,the problem of International Labor Standards (ILS)has been influencing the international trade(IT) more and more.What is more,it has been one of the hot topics of governments and many subjects in the academic circles.During the new round multilateral trade negotiation ,the formulation and integration of ILS has become the an unharmonious difference between the developed countries and the developing countries.Although the argument about whether ILS should be brought into the setup of WTO has been set aside,the authentication of SA8000 by non-governmental institution is influencing IT increasingly.Honestly speaking, ILS is the safeguard of the human rights ,showing the development of society.However, ILS is under the control of the development of production capability.The ILS of high level may become a new tariff barrier,with which the developed countries want to hold back the economic development of the developing countries.China is a great trade power and has the most manpower.But the interior need of China is insufficient and the economic development of China is much dependent on IT.So the research of ILS is of great significance in theory and reality .Many economics basic theories and real cases have been cited in the treatise in order to explain the construction of legal system and institutions carefully and thoroughly.The treatise consists of 3 parts.Namely,introduction,text and epilogue,There are nearly 32000 characters in the treatise.The introduction explain briefly the generation of ILS,the significance of ILS and the linking together of ILS and IT.The text falls into four chapters. That is to say,the general introduction of ILS,the struggle of ILS and its substance,the research of the acceptance of ILS by,influence of ILS towards IT of China and response tactics of China.The first chapter explains the definition and phylogeny of ILS in detail.Besides,the reasons of generation of ILS have been analyzed in the point of view of sociology and jurisprudence.Finally,the legal sources of ILS have been introduced. The second chapter analyses s about the linking together of ILS and IT between the developed countries and the developing countries and put forward the viewpoint of the author.The third chapter analyses the feasibility and necessity of ILS being brought into the setup of WTO. The context,method and feature of ILS in WTO have been dauntlessly explained by the author.The fourth chapter summarizes the existing problems in China in the fields of the laws and statues,the reform of the institutions and the development of enterprises and probe the response tactics.Epilogue summarizes the viewpoint of the author.Considering ILS being brought into the setup of WTO is the trend of the times to become the great trade power in the world ,China should take ILS seriously and make preparations for it in response tactics.
