Leadership communication is a important part of leading activities in administrative organization, the efficiency and quality of communication will have great influence over the administrative organization. In modern society, administrative organization communication becomes more and moer important because of the rapid development of science and technology, and the economic globalization. Effective leadership communication not only can enhance work efficiency, but also can enhanc the cohesion, however, in practical work, many leaders have professional knowledge and dedicated spirit, but they ignore the importance of leadership communication more or less. So, this paper does research on the title of The Research on Leadership Communication in Our Administrative Organizations to enhance the attention on leadership communication and its effectiveness.The thesis contains four parts:Part one:Exordium. Mainly includes the present research situation in domestic and foreign countries; major research methods, main contents and the meaning of the study, as well as the research's innovation.Part two:Analysis of the related concept of Leadership communication and its effect in administrative organization. This part is based on the concept of communication and leadership communication, pays more attention to the effect of leadership communication in administrative organization:leadership communication is the basis of organization management; leadership communication is the guarantee of correct decision; leadership communication is the necessary link of keeping the organizational relationship coordinated; leadership communication is the effective way to enhance organization cohesion. Then put forward the problems and reasons of leadership communication in our administrative organizations.Part three:The problems and the reasons of leadership communication obstacle in our administrative organizations. With the problem of leadership communication in our administrative organizations as the starting point, this part through four aspects makes a concrete analysis of the problem of leadership communication in our administrative organizations:bad transparency, maladjustment of feedback, distortion and asymmetry of communication information. In addition, this part analyzes the reasons of leadership communication disorder in our administrative organizations from three aspects:the leaders, the structure of organization, the environment of organization, which is expected that we can find out effective ways to overcome the obstacle of leadership communication.Part four: The overcoming of leadership communication obstacle. According to the problems and reasons in part three and the realistic situation of the leadership communication in our administrative organizations, this part put forward the ways to overcome the obstacle of leadership communication, holds that we should enhance the art of communication, make the channel of organization communication unblocked, establish the culture of leadership communication, make communication system perfect. In addition, the paper proposes related suggestions on the construction of teamwork communication and cross-cultural communication.
