Along with economic development and the progress of The Times, can effectively deal with public crisis events become one of the important indicators of government administrative ability, and the present situation of our country administrative communication obstacles and problems have the serious influence to the effect of the public crisis management. Our government should be how to through effective administrative communication reduce public crisis and the negative effect is an important research topic of an imminent.
