The Ethnic Affairs and Religious Affairs in Our country are very complicated, and they are the both important and difficult things in our modernization and harmonious society building. Correctly understand and handle the ethnic and religious affairs related to national unity, social stability and national unity. Through 80 years of exploration and practice, we were established national and religious affairs sector management system suited to our national conditions. Through the research in ethnic and religious management models of Russia and the United States, we got the experience and revelation.
