Political And Cultural Factors Affect The Process Of European Integration Research

Under the background of globalization, regionalization and grouping, the European integration is regarded as the world's highest a supra-national organization in degree of cooperation. Now it is continuously moving forward by an irreversible trend. Therefore, Theoretical study of European integration that has caused widespread concern in Academia. Especially in further and continuing expansion of the European integration process, making the gap among EU member states in political, economic, cultural and other aspects was manifested gradually. Especially the focus of the European Union is political integration at present. The potential conflicts of the member states are becoming increasingly prominent in the political culture.In this paper, based on the actual development of European integration is regarded as an analysis object from perspective of political culture. The use of literature, empirical and other analytical methods give the objectivity of the description and theoretical analysis to the process of European integration. After the analysis, the author believes that the European political culture as a "hidden" social factors can produce a great impact to the European integration process. In this process, political culture played a dual role, included both active and negative influence. Therefore, in order to adapt to the development of EU integration needs in the future, and further to overcome their potential contradiction each other. The EU should establish a kind of "pluralistic integration" political new culture in the European integration process, so that promoting the rapid development of European integration.In this paper, firstly, the theory of political culture had elaborated, and summarizes the political culture of Europe has a dual specificity. Secondly, after further analysis of the factors of the political cultural can affect the process of European integration, in order to further the great development of the European Union, it is necessary to construct a number of new and diversified political cultural of European Union.
