Administrative Hearing System Improvement

Public decision is the key link in the process of public management. the quantity and quality of public decisions in largely determines the level of public management. The administrative hearing system is one of them. This system is proved to be indispensable,standard and procedural system design by practice in modern public decision system.The administrative hearing is the main form of public participation.
