The fundamental purpose of the social security system is social justice. The development of modern social security system through production, development, maturity and adjustment of four stages. Affected by the impact of the new liberalism, while the 20th century the 70's oil crisis led to all countries have stoped in economic development, the government's revenue sharply declined, which result in support for "welfare state" system of large financial expenditures cant have revenue protection, so countries around the world have to take the social security system reform. Chile is most affected by the new Liberalism.Chile was the first privatization of social security system reform, therefore, the paper selected as a study case of Chile to view just the starting point to analyze the Chilean social security system reform.Analysis showed that Chile's privatized social security system has achieved a certain effect, it reduces the government's financial burden. However, a series of reform measures in Chile neglect the social justice..Therefore it produced a series of social problems, there has been poor getting poorer and the rich richer situation.So from the perspective of justice reform social security in Chile and concluded that:"Chile's social security system is unfair, and, in some sense it is failure. "Therefore, China should look at Chile's social security system reform in object perspect.Learn from the reform of Chile efficient methods and measures. At the same time, we must learn from Chile's social security system failures in the reform-- lack of impartiality. Prevalent in the new liberalism in today, our country should clearly see that the theory of irrational elements.Guard against capitalist countries "cultural invasion". At the basis of the criticism, we need to appropriate reference.
