On The Macro-control Rights And Its System Build

The macro-control power is a core issue of macro-control law. The study on the macro-control power, could guide national economic management authority to define rights, which is conducive to the moderate nature of state intervention. This study has important significance both in theory and practice.First, I take the macro-control power basic theory as a starting point, in the analysis of the macro-control power on the basis of two words, using logic synthesis method to define the macro-control, and further analysis of this concept of connotation and extension. Second, from both horizontal and vertical configuration of macro-control power, and the local government should enjoy the power. Third, have a dynamic study on the macro-control power, including the right to run the macro-control power principles, means and the responsibility for macro-control and other issues. Finally, on the basis of the study in the former paper, combined with the current macro-control law, the legislative status of the macro-control system built right to make the author's recommendations.
