German Juvenile Court Act Of Triage Mechanism Study And Learn

This thesis focuses on the diversion system provided in German Youth Court Act (Jugendlichegerichtgesetz, JGG), with the perspective of solving some certain problems in China's process when dealing with juvenile delinquency.At the beginning of this thesis, some problems in China's youth criminal process are presented. Then the diversion system would be described in the light of the questions above, and with the attempt of solving those problems. The clue of this thesis would be: questions presentation– answers search– possibility discussion– problem solution. With the comparison between Chinese and German law, this thesis would discuss the possibility for China's youth criminal law to get some elements from German law.The structure of this thesis would be: the first Chapter of this thesis presents the problems of current China's youth criminal process. The Second Chapter depicts the German diversion system in JGG. The Third Chapter is an overview analysis of JGG, and the Forth Chapter is a possibility discussion for China's law. At the end of the thesis gives a conclusion.
