The humanization of execution punishment is the essence of implement of the Criminal Law in prisons and the symbol of the civilization of execution punishment. Treating convicts as human is a tendency of international community. In the west countries, there are some researches on it, such as the socialization of execution punishment and personalization of execution punishment etc. In China, there are also some researches on it, but it is not enough . Comprised with the utmost task, building up a harmonious society, it is still a long way to go.
