Research On The Socialized Execution Of Imprisonment

Where there is crime, there is punishment and execution. punishment of imprisonment has been the core of punishment in each and every country since the modern times, and then the execution of imprisonment becomes main mode of execution punishment. The traditional prison system isolates criminals from the normal society and aims at building a "prison society" in which criminals are punished and rehabilitated. But in modern open society, close punishment of imprisonment always adopts the method of separating convicts from the rest of society to achieve its end of rehabilitate, and that makes the paradox between its means and end, which in turn causes dilemma in its current situation. How to solve the above paradox, and achieve the primary purpose of imprisonment which is to educate and reform convicts and finally make them rehabilitate, that is an actual and urgent problem for many countries.Being a revolutionary and progressive theorem, the socialized execution of imprisonment is certain adoption to solve paradox that the imprisonment is facing, and it has been very important in theory and practice. This paper based on summing-up and criticism to existent execution of imprisonment, researches on the system of the socialized execution of imprisonment. The writer studies the proposition through using the methods of history comparativeness and positivism in the paper. There are five chapters in thesis, and about 40 thousand words.
