Deliberative Democracy with Chinese Characteristics, is the deliberative democracy under the political system with Chinese characteristics by the leadership of Chinese Communist Party. In broader terms, Deliberative Democracy is reflected in many ways in Chinese political life, every major issues related to the country's political, economic, cultural and social construction are the need for deliberative democracy in the decision-making process. From the narrow point of view, deliberative democracy refers to China's multi-party cooperation and political consultation system, is an institutionalized democratic institutions.
