The Digital Library Copyright Licensing Model

The construction of digital library is in full swing,but the copyright disputes are after another.It's the fundamantal way to solve the copyright issue for the digital library that efficient licensing model used to obtain the copyright holder's authorization.This paper analyzes the social value of digital library,indicating that digital library is different frome the general network operator and has a kind of unique information network transmission value.Meanwhile,the digital library also has special legal nature and legal status:the legal nature of the public nature and the legal status of collection of copyright owners,users of copyright works and copyright communicators in a triple role.In view of the digital library information resources development and utilization process involving different copyright problems and copyright types,based on a comparative analysis of the current modes and modes just in theoretical exploration,the article integrates the authorization mode among the various specific areas of digital library resources building and serving from a perspective of right decomposition.
