The number of NOGs in China now growing quickly in recently year, and NGOs are working in more and more fields. NGOs are showing their great value in the social affairs management and deal with accidents basing on their advantages and help the government a great deal in the social affairs management in China. But the legislation related to the NGOs is not sufficient.
