On The Promotion Of The Formation And Development Of Civil Society, Political And Institutional Factors,

As a core issue of"Civil Society"theory, the relationship between state and civil society has become a hot topic in the context of world democratization process. And political system, which can promote civil society, is of great significance for the developed and developing countries to establish and develop their civil society. Nevertheless, the research on the issue is weak both at home and abroad.After reviewing the history of the theory and the relationship between civil society and political system, and discussing the current situation of civil society in developed and developing countries, the thesis makes a clearer definition of"Civil Society"and"Civil Society Organizations"and puts forward the core of the analysis- political institutional factors of civil society development.The thesis uses comparative analysis approach and institutional analysis approach, and the analyses are from three perspectives-party system, governmental system and legal system. In conclusion, there are common institutional factors promoting civil society, which have significant meanings for the developing countries in transition to establish civil society.
