With China's rapid economic development of non-public sector, non-public enterprises and labor-management conflict in the increasingly servere.China's current labor dispute cases is of 30%-40% annual rate of growth in the total number of labor dispute cases,the non-state sector accounted for 80.3%.This shows that the non-public enterprises has become China's labor-management conflicts of the "multiple places", "disaster area,"labor-management conflict in non-public enterprises have gradually become a new era of China's most prominent social problems. Therefore, to correctly deal with the relationship between employers and employees in the non-public enterprises is the need for improving the socialist market economy is the requirement of building a harmonious society.The dissertation uses case study and theoretical study to do the research,The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is a introduction, including research background, purpose, significance,main content and research methods and so on. In the second chapter, the author mainly analyzes on China's labor relations in non-public enterprises in the status.first the characteristics of labor relations and specific performance in Non-public enterprises in China introduced, then a simple analysis of its causes is followed.The third chapter, the author explores the Labor Relations from the perspective of corporate governance.Explains the corporate governance structure of the labor relations, and Describes the experience of the adjustment of labor relations in Western countries.At last, we give the alternative of the China's labor relations in the non-public enterprises governance.The fourth chapter,we describe the relationship between corporate governance and union'building.we analysis the relationship between the "people-oriented" management andthe harmonious enterprise,the important role of the trade unions in building a harmonious enterprise,then propose trade unions in the important role of corporate governance. The five chapteris a case study. Two companies as the example,one of them have labour union organization, and another have not, analysis labour union's effects in building a harmonious enterprise.
