Foreign Non-legal Response, Normal Withdrawal

Since the latter of 2007, International financial crisis has spread throughout the world. As one of the world's leading economic community, China has been affected to some extent. In this financial crisis, production and management in some foreign-owned enterprises in China are confronted with dilemma, which has caused their successive withdrawal of the capital. Enterprises'withdrawal of their capital out of Chinese market in an abnormal manner has brought not only huge losses to Chinese workers and stakeholders, but also a series of negative impacts to Chinese economic and social development.This dissertation intends to commence defining the abnormal withdrawal , and analyzes its reasons and impacts; it aims at illustrating the current situation of regulating the abnormal withdrawal of the foreign capital domestically and internationally in our country, and giving some specific suggestions on how to cope with abnormal withdrawal of the foreign capital more effectively.
