There is litter doubt that rule of law is an increasingly important concept. Whatever scholars have defined the rule of law, the rule of law to achieve universal meaning is the most important. There are many ways to reach the rule of law model, however, the main elements can be drawed as follow:on one hand, the hardware to achieve the rule of law:the comprehensive objective legal system; on the other hand,the quality of rule of law can be improved. While this article that is based on the subject of rule of law and citizens' awareness of the Rule of Law should take into account with relevant factors from the angle of that.Awareness of rule of law is a concept that is based on legal consciousness, and it is also formed the basis spirit governed by law. It is the past and has a pivotal role. We hope that the social life work with the general rule of law to run. While it is essencial to form the awareness of the rule of law.This article is based on the rule of law in order to introduce the concept of rule of law and consciousness, as the law consciousness have to be based on the content of the rule of law; It is provided the way to training the awareness of rule of law in contemporary after analysised the reasons for lack of awareness of the rule of law in current China.This article includes three parts:the first part of the content, based on the including of rule of law and the spirit of rule of law to provoke the awareness of rule of law and its importance.That is an ideal of social life, the spirit governed by law is necessary to pursue this way of life there, while awareness of the rule of law,based on the rule of law on the legal consciousness to cultivate the spirit governed by law,is the great key. The other part of the content, the awareness of our citizens after questioned on the rule of law at the present stage of our intention and the reasons for lack of knowledge of the situation, due to historical and cultural traditions and the existing institutional mechanisms and other factors, weak rule of law generally. The final part, to solve the problem of thin in awareness of of law existing in our current society.we must solve the problem back of the cable source, up from the system, in the angle of citizens quality;and this inevitably involved into our existing education system reforming.In short, the awareness of rule of law is the important thing for promoting the building of rule of law.we resolve the problem throgh the main body of citizens themselves. With the increasing citizens awareness of the rule of law, the relevant factors about the rule of law will be resolved naturally.
