contemporary Chinese society.This paper starts from the two aspects of the moral consciousness and the rule of law awareness in the citizen rule consciousness.Through the historical review of the cultivation of Chinese citizens' rule consciousness and the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of Chinese citizens' rule awareness since the beginning of the new century,this paper explores the main existence of the current Chinese citizen rule consciousness.The problem and its causes lead to the construction of a citizen rule awareness path that is in line with China's national conditions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Rules-the rule-consciousness-rule behaviors are jointly constructed by the dynamic rules system with mutual supportive internal mechanism.The understanding and internalization of rules is the premise of citizens' formation of rule consciousness.The formation of the rule consciousness constitutes the internal basis of the
