Sun Yat-sen Ideology Of Democratic Constitutional State Ruled Areas Twice A Constitutional Democracy Movement

Sun Yat-Sen's democratic constitutional thought originated from the Western democratic constitutional theory, simultaneously fusesd the Chinese native political thinking. It has four aspects:the military administration, the political tutelege, the constitutional government "three steps" thought; "power partitioning" and "five power separations" thought; "founding the nation by party", "governing the nation by party " thought; local self-government conception. In order to maintain and practice its democratic constitutional thoughts that Sun Yat-Sen led and started the democratic revolution movement time and time again. Mainly it included the second revolution, the movement to protect the country,the movement to protect law, the national conference movement. Although these movements have not truly realized the democratic constitution in China, but the democracy republic thought has already took root in the hearts of the people, these revolutionary movement inspired and educated the masses, strengthened people's democratic constitutional consciousness. After Sun Yat-Sen passed away,in order to develop the Chinese democratic constitution, opposed the Kuomintang dictatorship rule, exposed its constitutional government fraud, to promote the domestic unity, in the 1930s-40s, two democratic constitutionalism movements happened one after another in the area controlled by Kuomintang. Although two democratic constitutional movements failed in the end, but these two movements enable Sun Yat-Sen democratic constitutional thought to obtain further practice and development, strengthened various parties' and groups' unity, democratized the Chinese politics process, promoted the Sino-Japanese War's victory. It made the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Democratic parties cooperated together, united to struggle,it has laid the foundation to the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system's formation for the later Communist Party of China. This article will launch the research on these questions.
