Research On The Construction Of Grassroots Democratic System From The Perspective Of Constitutional Engineering

Constitutional Engineering as an emerging field in the second half of the twentieth Century,is an important branch of comparative political research.The expected goal is formatting a stable and effective democratic regime.For the realization of democracy,although with certain economic and cultural development as the basis,but for democracy is not entirely left unchecked,it can be designed through democratic system(political power rules,political participation rules)to create and stable democracy,and ultimately achieve specific democratic results expected.It's can guide us steadily and cautiously to advance the process of democratic society.If we introducing excellent human political civilization achievements just like constitutional engineering.In view of this,this paper aims to constitutional engineering as the research background,using various research methods,in order to shape the theoretical connotation,to make up clear the relationship concept of Constitutional Engineering,analyzed the relationship between constitutional engineering and democracy,and the relationship between constitutional engineering and democratic system,and introduced why constitutional engineering can be introduced into China to guide the design of grass-roots democracy.At the same time,aimed at the exist problems in the grass-roots democracy of our country,to makes some design in this problems.to clarify the Constitutional Engineering basic answer on how to shape the core problem through the design of the system of democracy,deepening the understanding of the basic theory and practical significance of constitutional engineering.The paper used the comparative analysis method,functional analysis method,literature review method and interdisciplinary research method.From the perspective of constitutional engineering,analysed the operation of grass-roots democracy in detail,and put forward some specific designs.The paper can be divided into five chapters.In the first chapter,the introduction explains the background of the topic,the research situation in domestic and foreign,and the background and the methods of the research.In the second chapter,introduced the basic theory of Constitutional Engineering and analyzed of related concepts.emphatically analyzed the relationship between constitutional engineering and democracy.The third chapter,in the perspective of constitutional engineering and combining with the scientific democratic system,discussed the current running situation of the grass-roots democracy.The fourth chapter,described the structure of the grass-roots democracy given the domestic present situation.The fifth chapter,summarized the research conclusions of the article,revealing the shortcomings of the present Constitutional Engineering research,and looking forward to the future development of Constitutional Engineering.
