The university graduates constitutive property employment difficult problem continuously all is puzzled by many years social difficult problem. Along with socialist market economy development, the people unceasingly increase to the higher education demand, make the universities the student scale unceasingly to expand. Higher education "popularity" time coming soon, the university graduates still face the constitutive employment difficult problem. The universities in the talented person the talented person product purchase, the processing and the marketing aspect, is urgent needs to carry on the corresponding strategy adjustment. Based on the marketing theory as a guide, the employment of college graduates launched research.From years of employment signing circumstance looks, most of the college graduates can timely signing, but there are still some graduate students cannot timely employment; Universities employment instruction way still stays in the planned economy condition, timely follow-up market information. University talents employment status are caused by many factors, including economic conditions of the bottleneck of restricting, social function, the lack of law, university education limitations, employing mechanism of conflict and employment idea choosing. With the marketing theory, college of talents to measure the marketing concept has dislocation, marketing system is not perfect, the talent supply and demand market information asymmetry, lack of flexible marketing strategy. University talents employment can use talent customization, brand effect, differentiation and actualizing marketing methods. In the talent the marketing process, firstly, we must set up the correct talent marketing concept, the second is to establish and perfect marketing system, and furthermore, to strengthen the talents of marketing industry research and enhance the talent market channel integration, best to marketing thereafter.
