Building Learning Kindergarten Policy Study

Learning organization has been known widely, and the construction of learning organization has been applied in the companies, schools have started to recognize and try to construct the suitable learning organization. In today's changing and complex environment, with colleges, middle schools and even primary schools being more and more open, kindergartens are facing uncertain factors and challenges inside and outside of the education system. Construction the learning kindergarten will provide the new development mode for them.This paper firstly gives some theories and characters of learning schools, then analyse the necessity of construction learning kindergarten. With the comparison of learning school and learning kindergarten, the blocking factors are considered for construction of learning kindergarten. From above, the applicable principles and strategies of construction learning kindergarten are raised to meet the development chance.
