Research On Strategy And Methods For Learning Schools' Construction

With the advent of knowledge economy, the construction of learning society, the development of human being itself and the society all demand schools perform their learning organization construction.Combining with the realities of our country's school educational management, this research makes a discussion on the necessity of schools' performing their learning organization, come up with the important topic on how to combine the learning schools' constructing with the schools' renovating to carry out the sustainable development both to the learners and to the schools, to better steer the new direction of schools' renovation and development in the new era, and then make the traditional schools converted into learning schools.This research adopts lots of method such as index-research method, observation method, interview method, to analyze the topic, make a detailed discussion on the definition, the features, the construction, principle of learning schools. The theory foundation of learning schools' construction includes man-oriented managerial theory , organization learning theory systematic science theory and so on.All kinds of construction mode of learning schools from home and abroad supply us with rich experience and data to perform our country's learning schools' construction.
