The subject of Mathematics should pay attention to the educate students'mathematical thinking and mathematical problem-solving skills, and independent study will help students establish the habits of question and reflection." Mathematical reflective learning is an indispensable part for students to learn mathematics knowledge and an important way of learning of the new curriculum, which fully reflects the core of the new curriculum reform-for the students, for student-centered learning, for students'development,and fully reflects the dominant position of students.I selected the probability and statistics as the carrier to train the reflective learning ability of. Middle school students. I think the object of the statistical probability study is a random phenomenon, and it is different from other branches of mathematical ob-jects (the determined phenomenon.) It plays a key role of training the students having the ideas that chance must be contained in the constant change and dialectical think. So the way in thinking and problem-solving methods has its own distinctive features. Therefore, the organic combination of the probability and statistics teaching and train-ing students'reflective learning is of great significance for improving mathematical literacy and the learning efficiency.This paper treats new curriculum requirements as the target, and is base on theory of reflective learning, to define and describe the reflective concepts, characteristics, strategies of the reflective learning probability and statistics.First, the essay describes the background of is sues by the understanding of reflec-tion" of and the nature study of "reflective learning", and sum up the studies at home and abroad for further. Reflective learning of probability and statistics and research methods are described, too. Second, this essay defines the core of the concept of reflective learning, for example, reflective learning, and mathematical reflectively learning concepts on the basis of the previous studies were systematically summarized and further elaborated the characteristics of reflective learning. In the learning process of Probability and Statistics, the essay studies a range of issues regarding students' developments, psychology, education factor analysis, and how to to improve the thinking ability of student study. This essay detects the theoretical basis of mathematical learning from the constructivist learning theory, metacognitive theory, recent developments in the area of anti-theoretical aspects.Third, the essay investigates analysises the status of the high school students' mathematical reflective learning in the use of questionnaires and interviews. The essay debates the deep causes of the situation, and explains in the study of probability and statistics, the use of reflective learning, both from importance the students attach to their own development, but also from the professional quality of teachers which will be increased.Fourth, the essay describs the reflective learning strategies of the high school studengts'probability and statistics. Reflective learning on class are mainly explained from the concepts, formulas, and problem solving combined with other knowledge of these aspects. Reflective learning after class After-school are primarily described on several aspects,such as reflection on the review, reflection on homework, reflection on summary paper, reflection on students' cooperation.Fifth, the conclusions and teaching suggestions of this study will be attained. First of all, reflective learning can promote the development of student self-awareness. Then, reflective learning can promote students'thinking quality. Third, reflective learning can reduce the burden of students, de to stimulate students interest in learning. Fourth, reflective learning can promote the common development.
