With the development of the times,the way of thinking and working of human beings have changed.To cultivate talents that meet the needs of social development in the intelligent age,we need to pay attention not only to skills training,but also to thinking ability.Learning algorithms can help people grasp the essence of problems and establish solutions to them in complicated problem situations.It is an important path to cultivate higher-order thinking abilities such as abstract thinking,logical thinking and problem solving.In reflective learning,with the help of the circular mutual proof of "doing" and "reflecting" experience,we can deeply explore the relationship between various things in learning,promote the occurrence of reflective thinking,and help students learn to use thinking to solve problems in doing and reflecting.The key point of this research is how to use reflective learning to promote reflective thinking in primary school algorithm learning? Constructing a reflective learning model of algorithm learning in primary schools to realize the knowledge of the algorithms connotation,the understanding of algorithms mechanism and the experience of the core function of algorithms.This research combines literature research,experimental research,questionnaire survey,and takes "constructivism learning theory","learning by doing theory" and "reflective thinking theory" as the theoretical basis,and builds a reflective learning model to promote primary school students’ understanding of algorithms on the basis of analysising algorithm,reflective learning and other conceptual connotations and reflective thinking process.From the perspective of solving research problems,this research has carried out the following work.First of all,this research elaborates and defines the concepts of algorithm,understanding of algorithm,reflective thinking,reflective learning and reflective learning model respectively.Secondly,analyzing the essential content of reflective learning.By interpreting and discussing the process of reflective thinking and the key contents of reflective learning,this research summarizes the appropriateness of using reflective learning to promote primary school students’ understanding of algorithms,which includes three aspects: The iterative cycle of reflective learning contributes to the deep processing of algorithm knowledge;The problem-solving process of reflective learning contributes to improving the experience of algorithm learning;Strict logicality of reflective learning contributes to the systematization of algorithm learning.Thirdly,combined with the existing mode analysis,the enlightenment of reflective learning model design for algorithm learning in primary schools is obtained.Combined with the five processes of reflective thinking,a reflective learning model is constructed to promote primary school students’ algorithm understanding,which includes five links: create situations and arouse associations;transform thinking and experience of new knowledge;algorithm building and communication reflection;practice test and transfer reflection;demonstration evaluation and reflection summary,and based on these five links,instructional design is carried out.Fourthly,using experimental research method to carry out teaching experiments to test the effectiveness of the reflective learning model designed in this research in promoting primary school students’ understanding of algorithms.Finally,by analyzing the experimental data,it is concluded that the reflective learning model can promote primary school students’ understanding of algorithms.This research combines reflective thinking,applies reflective learning to algorithm teaching,and broadens the theoretical research on reflection.At the same time,it has certain practical value to guide teachers’ algorithm teaching practice with specific cases.In the future,the research scope will continue to be expanded,and the reflective learning model to promote the algorithm understanding of primary school students will be refined,summarized and perfected,so as to provide reference for algorithm teaching.
